First, start off small. If you are new to CBD you should start with the smallest dose suggested. Everyone has a different reaction to the various supplements. It is important for you to become familiar with how your body responds to the small dose before increasing the amount you are taking.
Second, the size does matter. Everyone is different, so a smaller person might prefer a smaller dose of CBD than a larger individual. Dosage can easily be increased little by little to see what meets your personal needs.
Third, be consistent. You might have to use CBD for a longer period of time for the effects to fully take effect. When you are consistent it stimulates a healthy, functioning cannabinoid system. As the cannabinoids enter your system, your body becomes more sensitive over time and you will experience better effects.
